I am planing a build for this spring/summer.
I am planning to build a steel structure to set the oven on.
My question is, is it recommended to pour a concrete slab on top of the steel? If so how thick? Or is there another type of hearth construction one could use.
I plan on using fiberglass insulation board to set the oven floor on top of.
