Hi, I already have a natural gas line where I'm going to build my oven. I've seen natural gas brick ovens in restaurants around town, but I was wondering if anyone knows what size burner I need for a 36" cooking surface oven. Thanks for the help.

Re: How many BTUs?
We officially discourage burning gas in home ovens, because, unlike a barbeque or gas stove, the gas can accumulate in the dome and cause a catastrophy.Originally posted by victor81 View PostHi, I already have a natural gas line where I'm going to build my oven. Commercial gas burners are expensive because they have multiple safety devices. I think they are mostly found in purpose built comercial ovens.
