Plans for gas fired oven?

I am looking for plans for a gas fired brick pizza oven, or a contact with someone who could design one. Any ideas?

Gas ovens are much more complicated than, say, gas grills because of the hemispherical dome, which can contain gas and provide an explosion hazard. Commercial gas ovens are expensive partly because of the sophisticated safety controls.

If you are looking for a commercial oven, there are lots of gas choices, and the expense issue becomes less important, because you're making money on it. Forno Bravo makes a commercial gas oven.

As far as building a home oven and sticking a propane burner into it, I really don't recommend it.

Thanks, good advice. I was actually trying to retrofit an existing gas indoor barbeque. It already has gas and a chimney so I was hoping there might be a way to do it safely.
