On a recent trip to Brazil I used an oven that belonged to the people we were staying with....I'm hooked as soon as the snow goes I'm building one!

Hi Gary, and welcome!
We're practically neighbours - I'm in Ottawa.
We built an oven last fall and it's now operational, though we still need to complete the insulation and final finish. If you would ever like to see mine before getting started on yours, just let me know.
Nice to see another Canadian joining the ranks - especially one from the Ottawa valley!
