Hiya guys an gals, this is my first post so sorry if its been asked before. Could i use a granite slab for the base of mt pizza oven?? Also has anyone got experiance with Silvaperl duke mix ?

The general answer is No the crystals in most granita tend to cause cracking Soapstone has been used but is generally considered unusable due to its high heat retention burning pizza , best is brick
