  • Portable WFO for Sask Climate

Just looking for advice on recommended portable WFO....!
I was going to do my own brick build in our yard but if we move we would have to leave it behind.😕
So now...Looking for possibly a ?stainless steel portable unit that would do pizza, breads, meats.....
What are the things I should look for, and, or avoid?
    Thanks!

Good idea to have a portable oven when you move! If I had purchased one of these or its equivalent, I would be $20,000 richer today. Instead, I built this:

If you are thinking about building a brick oven, my advice is Here.

I try to learn from my mistakes, and from yours when you give me a heads up.

It all depends on what you are looking for in a WFO. Forno bravo sells some movable ovens but I think they weigh a fair amount. I know mine is not going anywhere. I think it weighs about 16000#. One option I know of the people seem to like is the pizza party oven. It is not brick but I know it cooks pizza well and probably other stuff too. It all depends on what you are looking for.
