Hi, I'll shortly be firing up my Napolino and wanted to know if there were any tools or additions you swear by to make cooking easier and if some are just not necessary at all?

Welcome Gerry! On the page that Russell referenced above, go to post 45 and you'll find a pdf that summarizes my thoughts on essential items for baking in the WFO. I tried to explain not only each item, but why I found them "essential". As you'll note in the whole thread, there are lots of opinions and it depends on what your focus is for using the oven. We'd love to hear back on what's working (or not) for you and the Napolino
