    Hello all,
    That would be "Oven Opening"
    New to the site and forum. In the planning and layout stage for a 45" interior Tuscan style build and have searched the site but not found if there is a ratio for oven size vs oven opening. Also, would a 8" vent stack be adequate?

    If you do a search on "opening height" it will show the door opening height should be 63-65% of dome height, ie 45" ID oven will be 22.5 X 0.63 to 0.65. Width is builder's choice. Have you reviewed the Forno Bravo eplans? They are downloadable for a nominal cost of 2-3 bucks and although a little dated give you a good baseline for a WFO oven.
