Newbie question about my gas fired Margherita oven...

I would call Fontana, but they’re closed until Monday. Just had my gas Margherita oven hooked up and installed my Saputo Stones. I did not re rive any kind of Users Manual with this and quite frankly, it’s intimidating me.... but I would like to try and use it Sunday. Do I need to cure these Saputo Stones and if so, how do I do it.?? Thank you for any help.

Try the Fontana Forni USA website. I see that they have some setup, firing and cooking videos. There may be some information in there that will answer your questions.
