Well, I fired up my smoker box once again .. just to make sure of draw, and things work nicely. I will attach photos ... but I was wondering if it is possible to upload or attach, a short 30 second video to fornobravo.. Now I have to look into what type of wood is good to create a good, thick, aromatic smoke that will fill the dome and make ribs, or what not, absorb this smoke. I used my hand held thermometer and put the infra red pointer inside the dome and it is on average about 150-170 F ... and this was with a big flame in the smoker firebox.
