Anyone know what the heat output is of one of these wood fired ovens?

Re: Heat output in KWs
The heat output would be relative to the type and amount of fuel put into it. I am not that technically minded, but I know that when you have a good fire in a Pompeii for 2 hours, you get more heat than you need for cooking most required party pizzas. 3 hours of good fire is wasted as you need to allow time to soak the heat and to cool as it is too hot. Pizza in 60 seconds!!!!
There was sa posting in this forum that listed the different types of wood and their relative thermal rating I thought was in Kj. The other measurement used to be in Calories and BThU (British RThemal Units)
