    Hello. I’m new to the forum and have had my pizza oven for about a year. My question is about soot forming on the dome. I’ve read that you can avoid this with proper air flow. I typically use my propane flame to heat the oven before adding wood to maintain the temp. Should I leave the cover off during the heating process? Will that help to eliminate soot forming? Any other tips are appreciated. Thanks.
