Concrete base

I am looking to build my outdoor pizza oven on my patio. The patio already has a slab of concrete that is about 1-2” thick. On top of the slab are 2” thick patio pavers. Can the pavers and concrete support the large pizza oven? Should I remove the pavers? Should I remove a portion of the concrete and pour a thicker slab? Or could I pour a thicker slab right on top of the existing slab?
