Congratulations on completing your oven. Nice build. Did you give out the idea of a separate fire chamber or are you still researching for a new build?

The external fire chamber was only a preliminary idea. I decided to go against it for several reasons. And because it took so much work to build this pizza oven, I think I'll hold off on building one in the near future.

Pompeii Pizza Oven

I made some different pizzas over spring break. I decided to fire up the oven even though it was snowing. I'm starting to get the hang of cooking the pizza so the crust is perfect!

Its nice homemade pizza oven. It will be great experience to you for cook pizza.
In this oven, temperature may set manually with firewoods.
