Baking Bread In a wood fired pizza oven

it's been years I've visited the forum.
Last weekend I finally found some time to fire up the oven and make some pizza. The next day we baked some bread and made a video.

Just noticed this sorry for the late reply. Highest temp? As hot as you want it. Lowest don't really know what you mean by this.
