Thanks for posting these...I never imagined such great videos youtube for wood fired ovens...these should really help me sell the idea of building one to the wife!

ahh..

tell your wife... my wife loves the WFO... and, yes, my wife thought I was crazy at first...
sort of like .. making mash potato mountains (Richard Dreyfus style)

But I spend more time outside. I get more exercise, because I now enjoy beautifying the rest of the backyard. And the in laws come over more... (not sure if that is good for me or not??)

But good arguments for ya.

don't forget.. it makes a great Brisket and rib smoker too!!
and.. yorkshire puddings yum yum

This will help sell it to my son. He spent summer in England 2 years ago and came back with a newfound love for yorkshire pudding...
