thanks rockwallgriller! The slats are oak as is the frame of the building, fire retarded XXXXX cedar shingles on the roof. The BBQ is a Firemagic Aurora 540 with a small single side burner set into the honed black granite worktop. There is a company here who import the firemagic stuff from the US so even though its expensive, it was worth it for the build quality. All the units are lined with moisture resistant MDF (I don't know know what you call it in the States). As rust could be an issue outside, all the fittings are stainless steel. The oven itself was going to be a Forno Bravo Casa 100 but the dealership here in the UK was still waiting for a container to arrive so we had to choose another Italian model. We replaced the refractory concrete base with firebricks to give it a more traditional feel and works a treat. Our customer is very excited about cooking suckling pig, roast chicken etc maybe pizza but the Estonians like the Russians like fat and Vodka together so I don't imagine they'll be many vegetables knocking around!
