Hello All, I am just starting my planning for an outdoor kitchen. have watched some DIY videos etc and they indicate that framing of PT wood (using a composite sill) plywood sheating then covered in cement board is a good plan. This is a type of construction I am comfortable with. I have not tried to use steel framing and that worries me a bit. Any comments on the saftey and adaquacy of the wood framing/sheathing plans are appreciated.

Give it a try. It is not that different in complexity from wood framing.Comment
