Hi Jay, I've updated the other thread about lamb roasting, but yes, it turns out my temps are in C, and yours are in F! I wish I'd remembered that.
So, this is why the meat was done in short time (2.5 hours) rather than the 5-6 as suggested by yourself and others in that other thread.
