  • Oven got wet

I fired it to try to dry it out and just checked it 2 days later and its still damp inside.

How long does it take your oven to dry out?

What type of roof do you have? Have you checked it for leaks? Do you have insulation blanket and is that wet - may mean leaking roof.

If I recall, I had to fire the WFO around 5 times to dry it out, but we live in the UK that is always wet

    Good luck.
Where can I find logs? I need more!
Finishing the WFO will come after the barn is completed http://flinthousebarn.co.uk/

A lot more fires than you would think. Read the thread on curing in the section "Firing your oven"
