In the process of installing a commercial oven in the ACT and need to know how to calculate the size of fan required.
The flue is 8" and goes up about a metre then has a 45 deg bend, another 2.3 meters and it bends again up through a riser.
The bends have access panels for cleaning and it has passed inspection by local authority. I need to either calculate airflow then that should determine the fan size.
