Hi All, newbie to the forum and was looking for some advice if possible.
A couple of years ago I constructed an outdoor kitchen including pizza oven for my father in preparation for them having a full home kitchen re-fit, we were pretty happy with the result considering it was our 1st attempt.
Since doing this I've done a couple of other oven for friends but now a new build I'm about to start on has thrown up a question, my friend wants me to build the oven close to his house, not a problem with this from a construction point of view however he has asked if we can extend the chimney diagonally from the oven for approx 2 meters then up through the roof of his outdoor shelter and up the wall of his house and high enough to take the smoke away from the bedroom windows.
So my question is what would be the max recommended height for the chimney, the oven will be a traditional dome, 1 meter internal diameter with a front exit chimney pretty similar to the one in the above photo.
Thanks for your thoughts in advance.
