Final render/finish

Hi. I am getting close to finishing my 42" igloo WFO. What is the best product for the finish on the outside. Is there a specific render that anyone can recommend that is flexible ie won't crack? and that will keep the weather out?

I would like to paint the outside of it rather than have the grey/concrete look.

I am based just outside of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia.
