Wood Fired Oven with Propane gas option.
Hi there, I am planing to build a 100cm/92" dome shaped, fire brick oven and want to be able to have it wood fired as well as gas fired.
Question; where in the floor of the oven is the best postion to cast a vent when building the hearth. I am thinking the vent could be hidden with a removable tile.
