Starting to consider this oven, but I can't seem to find really specific information on it. I realize it's similar to the Primavera, but the dome seems like it would be lower based on the picture of the venting system. Anyone know what the dome height is. I can't seem to find that info just for this oven. I called forno today, and the lady didn't seem really sure when she settled in 13.5 inches. She started at 27.5,then said 9.5. So I didn't have a lot of confidence in her answer.
