I'm planning on building an "L" shaped outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven in the corner. The location I would like to put it in my yard would orient the opening of the oven to face directly into the prevailing winds. We do get some pretty windy afternoons so if this can be a problem, I would like to place the oven in the right place.
The other potential location in my yard would orient the opening perpendicular to the prevailing winds. Which is preferred?
