Hello. I want to build an outdoor pizza oven but pass the mouth (tunnel) through a wall for internal access from our outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is an old converted garage, closed in on 3 sides. To save space and reduce fire risk I want oven outside against an exterior wall then have opening in the wall for the mouth.
Few questions if anyone can help me?
1. Is there a calculation as to how long mouth or tunnel can be so to not affect operation of the oven? I may need it to be say 400mm long to get through the wall?
2. Does anyone have any reference designs or websites that show my design in action?
3. I am also looking at a heat source for my outside kitchen, am I right in thinking a pizza oven won't give much heat out of the mouth?
Thanks in advance.
