Add thermal mass to floor of a Forno Bravo Premio oven

I am considering a Premio 110 and would like to know the pros and cons of adding an inch of thermal mass to the 2 inch floor. Would refractory cement over the insulation work or should I use a different material?

Any thoughts are appreciated.
