Stacked-Deck WFO

Hello everyone, I'm very interested in building a stacked-deck WFO (see pictures) but I haven't been able to find any resource online about it - I reckon it's because no one builds this kind haha.



Or maybe I haven't looked deep enough. Can anyone point me in the right direction? From the limited literature I've read, looks like these types of ovens are predominantly found in France. Cheers.
