I am about to start building my 2nd oven and was looking for some ideas. My last oven was a blast everyone around my house would smell the wood burning and by noon the house and back yard were packed. I know that this only took a month to build but that was everyday 12 to 18 hour days and just about killed me. I know that brick is best but has anyone used the fab kits from Forno? It looks a lot simpler than all the brick work I did last time. Any reviews or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

PS I use a lot of red oak here to heat up the oven in my last one it got up to 900+ most of the time so it needs to handle the heat.
