Latest instructions from FB re curing is 5 days of long fires, starting at 300F and 500F on last day. After this, is it really okay to crank the heat right up, as surely this is only just over half the potential max temp the oven can achieve. I wondered if these instructions are for purchased FB ovens and not hand built firebrick igloo domes like mine. Going upto 500F today and I guess I need reassurance .......😐
