I have had my Forno Bravo oven for about 6 months. I have figured out a lot by myself, but know I have tons more to learn. A few minutes I was poking around on the Forno Bravo home page, and was thrilled to find they are offering 3 eBooks for FREE: Wood-Fired Cooking, Wood-Fired Bread, Wood-Fired Pizza. I have down loaded all three, and know these are going to be huge resources to expand our utilization of our oven.
