Has anyone used this product ? The "instructions" are pretty ordinary so it is not clear whether it is purely used for DUSTING pizza bases or it is actually a flour that makes pizza dough from scratch. Does anyone know and/or had any success or have any advice ?

looks like its wheat and corn flour sounds like it drys the outer surface to make it easier to handle???
