  • Australian Supplier

This is mainly for you aussies out there.

I have come across this site incase you havent yet.

    http://kirkfood.com.au/catalogue/

Register (free) and you can have a look at their range. I havent used them yet but they have some interesting products such has mozzarella di bufala DOP, san marzano DOP tomatoes and a range of other italian imported items. James im not sure if its ok to post this, as i know you guys sell this sort of stuff but i thought id give the locals a heads up as shipping can be costly when coming from overseas.

I thought it was interesting anyway

If you want to close the thread james your more than welcome to do so.

    Re: Australian Supplier

Thanks Adrian - the site looks very tempting!

Some of the quantities seem to suggest that it is more of a wholesale supplier to the retail sector, so with this in mind, I contacted my local Italian supermarket (Imma & Mario's Mercato for the Adelaideans out there), and coincidentally, it has contacted Kirkfood and is planning to stock cans of Strianese San Marzano tomatoes.

    Can't wait!
    Paul.

I also want to add that we are in the final detail phase for FB NZ getting the rights to sell Caputo in both New Zealand and Australia. More to come on that, but I thought I would let you know. We are also talking tomatoes. :-)

Also, Strianese is the brand FB sells in the U.S.

      Lot's to look forward to.

I don't know about anybody else but somebody aught to clue the OZ people
that IE and Navigator are NOT the only browsers out there. This isn't the first OZ
site that has told me to change browsers. The site should render in any W3 compliant browser of which OPERA is one.
