  • Farina 00

Our local "specialty grocery store" carries Farina 00 flour. I was given 5 - 1 kg bags for my birthday. I believe this is the only specialty type they carry.

Does anyone have any experience with this? On the back they show pther varieties and one package shows a that says Farina 0 - Specialty Pizza.

    Thanks
    Dick

My mother-in-law brought me back a bottle of evoo from Italy as well!!!!

There are a lot of Italian 00 flours. James put up a short description of the Italian flour classifications:

I think farina in Italian means flour. My memory is going.... Give it a shot. If you like the results, make more!
