other good cheeses - UK

Hi Folks

Im doing some cooking this weekend and want to try somthing cheaper
and differentt on pizza - in UK its about ?1.00 for 150g of hald decent Mozarella

any others got any ideas for people who like cheesey pizza ( my boy)

I really like to use a smoked Gouda. I can get a very reasonably priced wedge ( inported to USA from Holland) locally. I especially like this with pineapple and ham. I just tried Costal cheddar ( from England) and it was very nice as well'
