Whilst in Slovenia about 5 years ago, we stumbled upon this pizza place on the river one evening. It was just one of those very rare moments in life when everything is perfect - weather, atmosphere, the lot. Even now, the pizza was quite simply the best I've ever tasted, and the size - about 2' across! I hadn't remembered the name of it, but a quick google suggests it was Ljubljanski Dvor. Wood fired? Probably, although I can't be certain. But I'll tell you what, if it's anything like it was back then, it must be one of the best pizzerias in the world!
