Thermal shock

I bought a Forno Bravo pizza stone for my mom.
She'll be using it exclusively for frozen pizza ... except for those times when I invite myself over to make her my homemade pizza.

The instruction sheet warns of thermal shock ...

"Foods cannot be thawed directly on the baking stone."

So is this going to be a problem ... placing a frozen pizza on a heated stone ?

You can definitely use our stone for frozen pizza. There should not be a problem -- and it will not be a problem with our warranty. Go for it! If anything goes wrong, send me a personal message and we will take care of it.

I hope your mom enjoys the stone -- and she should make you come right over to make some serious fresh pizza!
