I just posted an instruction sheet on making pizza on a pizza stone. It's a good starting place for anyone just starting to make pizzas, or to get a little more background on how pizza stones work.

That is a really helpful article. Pizza stones are really great because you can make the same kind of pizzas with them as you would if you were baking pizza with a brick oven. Like you said in your letter pizza stones give you the perfect crust that's crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.
