We've really been enjoying making Argentinian style Chimichurri sauce to put on wood fired grilled beef this summer. It seems my whole family can't get enough of it. There are several variant recipes on the internet, basically a pesto with parsley, olive oil, vinegar, pepper flakes, and garlic. It's been great on roasted veggies, too.
Naturally, my mind began to wander towards pizza. Does anyone have any experience with using it on pizza?
