Considering Naples includes many of the worlds best pizzerias including one in particular that is frequently touted as the worlds best I do see their point. Add to that the fact that the pizza they picked as best doesn't even look appetizing, let alone Italy's best.

I'd assume this was picked by chef's, not pizza makers. Chef's don't know pizza, they only think they do.
