Has anyone ever used Spianata on their Pizza? Its a thinly sliced spicy sausage similar to Pepperoni but still pretty different. Try it, you'll like it!

That's a first for me. Not sure where to find some. An online item I guess.
I lived in Newport RI during my high school years and they had a Polish Chorizo that was awesome on pizza. Must be a regional thing because the Mexican and Spanish Chorizo was not the same at all. Another online item I guess.
