Hi,
Can these ovens be used to make a 16" thin crust, crispy crust pizza with a cook time of about 8 minutes? How about calzones? Ive tasted some brick oven pizzas that cook in about 3 minutes but it lacked that nice crispy bottom and was more a personal pie size.
