  • Looking for a recipe for NY style pizza for 220 C home oven

My home oven is not so strong, so I'm looking for a recipe that will work well with it.
Max temperature 220 C, top heater only, no circulation. Baking stone.
Flour 14% protein, though I could mix it up with regular flour to reduce the % if needed.
I prefer longer cold fermentation, so 3 days over kneading would be a bonus if it makes sense here.
    Any recipe you would recommend?

I'm looking for a recipe for some delicious cocktails. I want to try making something new and exciting for an upcoming get-together. Does anyone have any favorite cocktail recipes they can share?

For your upcoming get-together, I recommend trying out the classic Negroni cocktail. It's a perfect blend of gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth, served with an orange twist. It's simple yet sophisticated, and sure to impress your guests. Just mix equal parts of each ingredient over ice, stir well, and garnish with an orange peel.

In the same vein, for those not excited about gin. The Italian cocktail Bicicletta: 2oz Campari, 2 oz dry white wine like pinot grigio, top off the glass with chilled club soda and garnish with orange slice.

If not a fan of Campari, sub Cappelletti for a little more sweetness. You could also do that in a Negroni - just don't call it a Negroni.
