Great weekend friends across....pizza sat night...Roast chicken spuds pumpkin and cauliflower sunday.... cleaning up sun... found that dough that should have a least made it to the fridge on sat. What the... made some bread rolls (can you tell I'd had an ale or 3 by the size difference) stuck them in 150C oven chuck a pan of water inside to give them a crust and spilt it.
Best Bloody crusty rolls Ive tasted... ever... really crusty and chewy can't figure if its the heat, dough conditions, steamy oven, or the application of beer. Hope to reproduce those conditions again

I usually only make a pide when I stuff up with the peel and fold a pizza over . Just tell the pizza owner that taste just as good this way!
With all this talk of Pide especially taking some to work it sounds pretty good
