Hi I have just finished my oven that I got as a pre cut kit from MFBC. surprisingly it didn't take as long to build than I first thought even though we have had one of the worst summers in Tasmania that I can remember. I had days where it was so hot that I had to go out and buy a shade umbrella to stop the motor going off too quick and than the next day havening to erect a gazebo to keep the rain off after I rendered it.
I managed to keep my Christmas deadline set by my wife . Even if it was only to cooking stage. Since then I have finished it off in time for a little bit of summer left. Still haven't managed to have a pizza party outside now that it has been finished off but I'm hoping this weekend the weather holds out.
I'm still struggling with the temp for cooking. If anything I'm too impatient to get started and am cooking too soon. I think its a matter of timing and more practice.
Here is a photo of the finished oven.
