Hi! We had our Modena 180 Kit delivered a few weeks ago! We are having a difficult time finding people who know about Forno Bravo pizza ovens(woodburning) and how to assemble it correctly. Does anyone know of a good knowledgeable person who can guide a team or know of an assembly company in the Houston area? We did find one person but they were chargning upwards of $4K and that was not a fully complete pizza oven also. Thanks!
