High Heat mortar

Just about to start building my second oven.

I made my own high heat mortar last time and it worked well. I was going to use the rest of the bag of lime I already had and someone has told me I should use Hydraulic lime for the mortar - I used hydrated lime last time.

Which should I use - hydraulic or hydrated?
