I am an mechanical engineer by trade. I made one of these a couple of years ago for my self (see images below). I have recently made another for a friend as he loves it so much. As I have some left over materials I thought I would see if anyone on here wants one! I don't have a price in mind but materials are roughly ?50 and they is a fair amount of labour that goes into each so please make me a respectable offer.
Construction:
1mm 316 stainless steel peel. I have both a 14inch and 12inch width one available.
6061 aluminium fixing blocks. These are a combination of CNC machined and hand machined from a solid bar.
3k Twill weave carbon fibre shaft, matt finish or 3k plain weave gloss finish shaft. I have tube up to 1meter in length.
As I said I have the materials but it will take me a bit of time to get the machined parts made up. I will sell these on a made to order basis. Please PM me with offers.
