The only source I know for the thermal blanket is right here on Forno Bravo.
As for all the refractory brick and mortar, I bought all mine at Kingston Block on 9W near the Honda dealer. http://www.kingstonblock.com/
There is also Montfort Brothers in Fishkill. http://www.montfortgroup.com/ Montfort also carries perlite and when they were out of it in Fishkill I was able to buy it from their location in New Milford, Ct.

If your willing to drive a bit you can come to CT and get it at ANH Refractories. Theres one in Buffalo too but I think your closer to CT
